After the initial consultation, our care manager conducts several one-on-one initial interviews and consultations with you and/or your loved ones to determine the care-giving requirement, level of care needed, and total cost of services. Our care manager evaluates all cases and makes proper recommendations for better service.
Furthermore, we prescreen all our caregivers through the following process:
We conduct interviews/exams of our caregivers.
We independently check their licenses and previous work and character references.
We further check background details through Fingerprinting or Live Scan services.
We are a full service home care agency. All our CNA's, HHA's, and experienced caregivers are carefully screened and hired as our own employees.
Once a client has been matched with our caregivers, our care manager will conduct regular quality assessment home visits. Our care manager will also contact you on a regular basis for feedback, ensuring you and/or your loved ones are getting the highest level of care. In case of emergency, we have a 24-hour paging service to attend to critical situations.
