Home care is a personal and private choice. Everyone wants to protect the positive feelings associated with being at home. Acclaim Home Care providers allows families to stay together and make loved ones feel safe about receiving care at home. We are dedicated to ensuring reliability, trust and total satisfaction in home care.
Our care manager conducts initial interviews and consulations to determine caregiving requirements, level of care needed and total cost of services. She oversees all aspects of caregiving, from hiring and scheduling to supervising every caregiver assigned to a case. We also provide replacements for caregivers should our client find him or her incompatible to their needs.
Our caregivers go through the following prescreening process:
-We conduct interviews/ exams.
-We independently check licenses and previous work and character
references.
-We check background information through fingerprinting and live
scans.
We hire licensed CNA'S, HHA'S, caregivers and companions. Our care manager conducts "quality assessment" home visits on a regular basis and solicits feedback on a personal basis from both the client and his or her family, close relative and/or guardian.
We are equipped with a 24 hour paging service to respond to critical situations.
