Our Services

Acclaim Home Care offers a variety of services to the elderly, sick and frail. Our services can be provided by the hour or by Live-In caregivers. We will tailor the care based on each individual's special needs. As a quality assurance measure, our Licensed Vocational Nurse will direct and monitor each caregiver to assure that the best care will be given and to meet the standards set forth in the care plan.

Our care manager conduct several one-on-one initial interviews and consultations to determine care-giving requirement, level of care needed and total cost of services.

Our care manager oversees all aspects of care giving hiring, scheduling and supervising every caregiver assigned to a case. We also find replacements for the caregiver should our client find him or her incompatible with the patient's needs.

We further prescreen all our caregivers through the following process.

-We conduct interviews/exams of our caregivers.

-We independently check their licenses and previous work

and character references.

-We further check background details through Fingerprinting or

Live Scan services.

We hire licensed C.N.As, HHA's, caregivers and companions.

Our care manager subsequently conduct "quality assessment" home visits on a regular basis. The care managers also solicit feedback on a personal basis from both the patient and his or her family or close relative/friend.

We further have a 24-hour paging service to attend to critical situations.
